However, they soon realized that coordinating all the logistics of a destination wedding would be more stressful than they expected. When Denise and Juan began planning their destination wedding, their biggest concerns were finding the perfect hotel and booking lodging and transportation for all their guests. They didn’t have time to research every hotel in the Mexican Riviera (who does?!), so they came to me! Once I understood their vision, I guided them to Secrets Vallarta Bay. Having visited the resort myself, I knew it would be the perfect place for them to celebrate and unwind with their 60 guests.

Then, I helped Denise and Juan book a luxurious honeymoon suite for themselves and comfortable lodging for their guests. I also coordinated their transportation to and from the Puerto Vallarta Airport. Moreover, I created their wedding website, which communicated travel logistics, booking information, and the weekend timeline to their guests. The couple began the planning process early, which gave us plenty of time to arrange all the details stress-free. So, they avoided making their timeline too restrictive by leaving the days before and after the wedding open for guests to enjoy as they pleased. This decision made the weekend feel like a relaxed getaway instead of a frantic, whirlwind trip!

Denise and Juan decided to splurge on their room and DJ package to create their dream destination wedding experience. Their room at Secrets Vallarta Bay was beautiful and spacious. It even came with a private pool! The couple also invested in the resort’s #1 DJ package so their guests would dance the night away at their reception. Everyone remarked on how amazing the DJ was, even some vacationers who weren’t part of the wedding. It was a party for the ages!
