We want to make your travel dreams come true, trust me, but there are a few things we like to cover first!
Before we get started…
While our initial planning consultation is complimentary, our services are fee-based and
customized to each unique trip. Destination wedding service fees start at $2,300 with other trips
based on complexity + number of guests. During our call, we’ll discuss included services + any
fees associated with them so you’ll know exactly what to expect as we move forward!
Travel magic takes time and the best resorts, excursions, dining experiences, etc. typically book
out months in advance. For destination weddings, we recommend reaching out 12 to 18 months
in advance so you can choose from the best of the best. For honeymoons and other trips, we
recommend reaching out anywhere from 6 months to a year ahead of time.

Should I use a travel agent?

We may be a little biased here, but yes! A travel agent will keep things organized, negotiate
pricing for you, and personally work out any complications that may arise. You’ll save time,
money, and stress working with us!
Is it worth it to have a destination wedding?
One of the biggest benefits to a destination wedding — aside from the amazing experience
and lifetime memories — is that you can typically save money on wedding costs. This is in part
due to all-inclusive resorts, lower cost of living, having a smaller guest list, and no venue costs.
For a little perspective, the average cost of a destination wedding in 2023 was just shy of
$10,000 whereas the average cost for a traditional state-side wedding was nearly $40,000.
