Casa de Campo Ultimate Promise Package
The amount you will spend on the Ultimate Promise Package is truly incredible for what you will receive! The package covers an exclusive three-day event for up to 58 guests. You may invite additional guests for $296 per adult and $98 per child (ages 4-12). Children under four years may attend for free!
The package includes a complimentary four-night stay for the wedding couple that you must book through a resort-approved wedding planner. That is a HUGE savings! After that, you may book additional nights into your room contract. Have I mentioned that the hotel rooms at Casa de Campo are some of the largest in the Caribbean?
When you browse the components of the wedding package (linked above), you will also notice that all categories relevant to décor are marked “fully customizable.” That means you can swap out any piece of décor to suit your style and wedding color palette. Or, you can opt to remove the item as a means of lowering the overall cost! If you choose to do this, the resort will allocate the value of that item toward the cost of the wedding package, thereby lowering the balance you owe.
Wait—what? Let’s break it down. Let’s say you don’t want the vintage crystal chandelier hanging in the wedding gazebo for your ceremony. The resort will tell you how much the chandelier is worth. Then, you can choose to put that amount toward another décor item or the total cost of your package! Casa de Campo is one of the few resorts that does this and one of the few that gives you the freedom to make your wedding your own. Their Certified Ambiance Design Planner will work with you to create the exact look and feel you’ve always envisioned for your wedding day using personalized décor and flowers. You won’t find any cookie-cutter weddings here!
How to Offset Your Wedding Cost with Guest Credit
Can you believe I haven’t even gotten to the best part of the Casa de Campo Ultimate Promise Package? If you like saving money (*ahem,* who doesn’t), you’ll love what I’m about to tell you.
The more guests you invite to your destination wedding, the more discounts you will receive on the cost of your wedding package! That’s right: Casa de Campo incentivizes you to get all your friends and family down to the resort to celebrate the love of your life, and you’ll pay even less for the experience than you would if you only invited a few people. Here’s how it works!
The “sticker price” for the Ultimate Promise Package is $29,500*, including taxes and fees. However, for each adult booked into your room contract, you’ll receive $150 of guest credit toward the overall cost. That means that if you invite 58 guests, you stand to save a whopping $8,700! Ultimately, you would pay just $20,800 for the same package with all the same amenities. I probably don’t have to tell you that’s incredible value for a three-day event at a luxury resort! You really won’t find prices like this anywhere else.
It’s important to note that every guest must book into your room contract to attend the wedding. The resort doesn’t allow anyone to book through an online travel agency and is very strict about enforcing this policy. The good news is that the group contracted rates your guests will receive by booking into the room contract are the lowest they’ll find, anyway. It doesn’t make sense to try to book another way!
