Many couples ask me if they must pay for the $11,999 tier if they go over by one or two guests. Unfortunately, the answer is usually yes. Some resorts may allow you to pay per person if you only have one or two extra guests—but don’t rely on that!

Why Is This Package Worth It?

The comps you’ll receive for booked rooms make this package a steal! You’ll receive every fifth room free, for up to 10 complimentary rooms. This is HUGE. 

Let me break it down: say you booked 38 rooms for 75 guests. That would give you SEVEN whole rooms absolutely FREE!

Approximately 30 days before the wedding, the resort will provide you with the total comped amount. They calculate this based on the lowest room category booked and the average number of nights, and it can easily be upwards of 8k! I even had a couple receive $10k for this exact package once. Basically, you’re paying for the package cost and whatever enhancements you’d like. So, it’s easy to regulate your budget and pay only for what you need!

Hard Rock All-Inclusive Resorts

Hard Rock all-inclusive resorts include Hard Rock Cancun, Hard Rock Riviera Maya, Hard Rock Vallarta, Hard Rock Los Cabos, and Hard Rock Punta Cana. These resorts don’t offer a typical destination wedding package. Instead, you can earn free events for your wedding weekend through booking! Groups of all sizes can benefit, from small to large. So if you’re ready to party all weekend long, Hard Rock Resorts are for you!

Before we move on to what’s included, it’s important to understand what a ‘room night’ is. It’s simple: the number of nights booked per room x the number of rooms = total room nights.

So let’s say you’ve booked 40 rooms at an average of three nights per room. Then you’d be looking at 120 room nights! That means you’d earn 30-49 rooms or 90-149 room nights: equivalent to two private functions for a total of three hours! Note that these events must occur on separate days.

There is no specific package pricing. At Hard Rock, everything is customizable to make your wedding your own!

If you’re expecting a large number of guests, you’ll earn SO many free private events! Your wedding will be the weekend-long extravaganza you’ve dreamed of without breaking the bank.

You’ll also receive up to 14 comped rooms. As with the Beyond Memorable package, this will help you to offset wedding costs, making everything more affordable!

Abrazo Wedding Package at Live Aqua Cancun

What’s Included

• Symbolic ceremony

• $6,085 (for up to 30 guests)
• $90 for each guest exceeding 30

Why Is This Package Worth It?

Live Aqua also provides room comps! You’ll receive every sixth room free for every five rooms paid, up to a maximum of three comped rooms per night.

But that’s not even the best part! You can earn group resort credit based on the number of room nights booked, which will be paid out in addition to your room comps.

• 45-75 Room Nights: $750
• 75-99 Room Nights: $1,500
• 100+ Room Nights: $3,000

 For example, if you hosted 30 guests in 15 rooms, each with a 3-night stay, you would receive two comped rooms at a value of $2,000.

15 rooms x 3 nights per room = 45 room nights, or $750 in resort credit.

That means you’re looking at a minimum of $2,750 going back into your pocket!
