STEP 1: REVIEW YOUR OPTIONS BELOW
- Carlos & Itza I have reserved the room types below at Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas.
- Review the room category and travel insurance information below in detail.
- The rates listed below are per person and include all inclusive accommodation + shared transfers.
STEP 2: RESERVE YOUR ROOM
- Once you review the room category options and decide on your preferred room, click the “Book Now” button below and complete the reservation form.
- Inventory is limited, so book early to guarantee your room.
- Note: Roommates should designate ONE person to fill out the form (one form per room, not per person).
STEP 3: SUBMIT YOUR ROOM DEPOSIT
- Within 2-3 business days you will receive your room invoice from Bridie Travel to confirm the details.
- After you have reviewed and confirmed your invoice, you can make your deposit.
- A minimum non-refundable deposit of $150 per person + optional travel insurance is due by Wednesday, November 30, 2022.
- All final payments are due by Wednesday, March 8, 2023 by 6pm CST.
IMPORTANT NOTE: GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BOOKING THEIR OWN AIRFARE. BRIDIE TRAVEL WILL ONLY BE BOOKING YOUR ROOM FOR CARLOS AND ITZA’S WEDDING.

The Garden View Junior Suites have everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable getaway in Mexico. This 355 sq ft room has two small double beds (125×200 cm) or one king-size bed (200×200 cm), a sofa in the lounge area, WiFi, satellite TV, air conditioning, a minibar and beverage dispenser, and a coffee maker. Plus, they have a balcony or terrace for enjoying the hotel’s beautiful gardens.

WITHOUT TRAVEL INSURANCE, ALL PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE
Given our current climate, I strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect you before, during and after you travel. The travel insurance has coverage for medical, inclement weather, flight delays/cancellations/missed connections, baggage delays/cancellations, etc. There is some coverage regarding COVID and pandemics, including testing positive prior to departure. A rise in COVID cases is not a reason to cancel, which is why ‘Cancel For Any Reason’ is very important to add.

Bridie Travel uses Travel Insured. The Worldwide Trip Protector with Cancel For Any Reason gives you the extra flexibility of knowing you can cancel your trip for almost any unforeseen reason that the Worldwide Trip Protector plan does not already cover at 100% and receive 75% of your non-refundable trip cost back. It includes benefits like trip cancellation protection, primary emergency medical benefits, 24-hour travel assistance, and more. This plan also has smart benefits that can proactively pay your clients and simplify the claims process with no receipts required.
IMPORTANT: ‘Cancel For Any Reason’ MUST be purchased at the time of booking (or within 14 days of deposit). You cannot add ‘Cancel For Any Reason’ after 14 days of your initial deposit date. You can purchase regular travel insurance though after the deposit date
The cost of the travel insurance is based on the total cost of your trip + your age (typically 6%-10% of the total cost of the trip). Megan will provide individual quotes with your invoice so you can determine if you want to add it or not. If you decide not to purchase the insurance, you will be required to sign a denial waiver.

What is a room block?
• This means that Carlos & Itza have paid a deposit to pre-reserve rooms for your group.
• The couple has signed a contract with the resort and has committed to a minimum number of rooms
• Only rooms booked with Bridie Travel LLC count toward this contract
• The resort has a 3-night minimum stay requirement, but you are welcome to come earlier or stay later!
• We have reserved several different room types for you to choose from.
Can we come earlier or stay later?
Absolutely! Please include your requested dates on the reservation form and I will confirm availability.
How much will this cost?
• The rates listed are PER PERSON and include:
• Hotel Accommodations
• All Inclusive Meal Plan – Also includes all beverages including alcohol
• Round trip shared transportation between the Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) and resort. Shared transportation includes that no more than 2 stops prior to the resort, in either direction, will be made.
• Hotel, Tax & gratuities
• All wedding events & activities
• Optional Travel insurance is available to protect your investment
Is there a payment plan?
Yes! Initial deposits of $150 per person are non-refundable is due at the time of booking and final payment is due Wed, March 8, 2023. You are welcome to make additional payments at any time. You will receive a monthly automated payment reminder, which you can choose to make a payment or ignore.
What if I book and need to cancel?
• Since all-inclusive resorts are pre-paid AND non-refundable, travel insurance is encouraged to protect your investment.
• Life is unpredictable; plans can change.
• The cost of insurance is based on the cost of your room (see pricing tiers above)
• Without insurance, there are no refunds should your plans change.
• Without insurance, you will also not have any medical coverage for mishaps or catastrophic events. Your US health insurance will likely not work outside the US.
Do I need a passport?
Yes, all international travelers are required to have a passport, including infants and children. To learn more about the application process, please visit the U.S. Department of State website.
IMPORTANT! If you do not have a passport or need to renew your passport, please do so right away. The passport offices are very delayed and is taking 12 weeks for expedited and 19 weeks for standard service.
What happens if I don't book with Bridie Travel?
Carlos & Itza have paid a deposit to pre-reserve rooms for your group. They have a group contract that allows them to offer additional benefits for their guests. The couple kindly asks that you book your hotel within our designated group contract here at Bridie Travel.
There are several reasons why you should honor the couple’s wishes and book the hotel portion with the group:
• The couple has worked with me to negotiate a contract for the ENTIRE group. This allows the couple to offer some amazing and fun surprises for all of you.
• These events and special amenities are based on a group minimum and the couple is required to meet that minimum number of rooms. Rooms booked outside the group contract do not count toward this minimum.
• Groups are given priority status at the resort, so you might miss out on some VIP treatment.
• Groups are given priority room assignments, so if you book directly, you’re likely getting a room that couldn’t be sold to a group. It will be leftover inventory, probably in a undesirable location away from everyone else.
• Groups are given priority in terms of an oversold situation. If the hotel over sells, your group is protected but your reservation is not. You could be walked to another location.
Guests who do not book within the group contract unfortunately:
o Will not get the group rates
o Will not be not be protected by the cancellation policies we’ve negotiated.
o Will have to pay upfront vs. over time.
o Will not receive any pre-departure, trip support or post-trip support from me.
o Unfortunately I cannot assist with travel arrangements made outside of the group, nor can I assist in the event of an emergency.
o Finally, you are not “officially” recognized by the hotel as being part of our event. The hotel group contract and wedding event pricing are planned in tandem.
o Guests staying off property will be charged a day pass to attend the wedding events. The resort has the right to stop selling day passes if the property reaches 90% capacity or greater. Off-property guests are welcome from 9am to 9pm.
What about airfare?
• Yes, you are required to book your own flights. If you need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me to book airfare to Los Cabos. The airport code is SJD.
• I recommend you purchase your flights as early as you can. You can book via your favorite airline and consider using miles or credit card points, if you have them.
• Due to contract deadlines, we recommend booking your hotel room as early as possible and adding air when you’re ready.

How do I get a quote for my room?
• All quotes start with the reservation form. Fill out the reservation form and I will get back to you with a quote.
• In your reservation form, make sure to include the ROOM TYPE you want to book
I am sharing a room with another invited guest. How does that work?
• Please coordinate with your roommate and designate ONE person to fill out the reservation form.
• Reservation forms should be one per ROOM, not one per person. When I get your form, I will email both of you and explain next steps.
• If you and your roommate live at different addresses, please make sure to include the second passenger’s contact info. This can go in the notes field.
Travel Insurance FAQ
Travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended and protects you if you need to cancel your trip. Since all-inclusives are pre-paid, insurance protects your investment if you need to change your plans. Without travel insurance, there are no refunds for any reason.
Travel insurance is based on the cost of your room plus your age. Megan will provide you with a quote for the Worldwide Trip Protector plan with the option to add the “Cancel For Any Reason” benefit when you receive your invoice. This insurance must be added at the time of DEPOSIT.

Travel insurance includes more than just cancellation coverage… it includes post-departure coverage and medical coverage as well! Did you know that most USA health insurances do NOT work in Mexico? If you need to see a doctor for an illness or a small mishap, you will be charged in cash upfront before a doctor will treat you. Insurance helps reimburse you for these unexpected costs.
WHAT ARE THE TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS IN MEXICO?
Mexico does not have any travel restrictions. You do NOT have to a COVID test to enter Mexico.
As of March 2022, the CDC is requiring all passengers returning to the US to present a negative COVID test. This test must be taken within one day of your travel date regardless of your vaccination status.
DO I NEED A COVID TEST TO COME BACK TO THE US?
RETURNING BACK TO THE US:
In response to COVID-19, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced that the requirement of a negative COVID-19 viral test (NAAT or antigen) will be expanded to all air travelers entering the U.S. starting January 26, 2021.
REGARDLESS OF VACCINATION STATUS Travelers are required to provide a negative test result (paper or electronic copy), taken within ONE (1) day of departure, to the airline or they will be denied boarding for their return flight.
